LOVE GROWS
It was in the Galbadia Garden.
Squall, Rinoa and Quistis had to fight their enemies-----Edea and Seifer.
Before I tell this, I have to first explain something about Seifer.
Seifer, as a mercenary who always thought highly of himself in Balamb Garden, has very high combat capacity, but he was not selected to be a SeeD because he always acted on himself and never obeyed the rule. Seifer regarded Squall as his deadly
enemy because Squall was so perfect on fighting and has everyone’s favorable comment on it.
Once in a practice battle in which Seifer fought against Squall, Seifer used a magic attack on Squall, which was strictly prohibited in practice battles. As soon as Squall was knocked down, Seifer brandished his gunblade and scratched fast on Squall’s face. The blood splashed, there remained a stripe of scar between the space of Squall’s eyebrows. This infuriated Squall, so he brandished his gunblade forcefully towards Seifer’s face immediately he stood up...
The result was, with enmity, they marked each other with the two scars on their faces...
That was what Squall and Seifer had done, let’s now talk about Rinoa and Seifer.
Before Rinoa met Squall, she had been known Seifer for a year. During the year Rinoa found herself in love but she wasn’t sure if Seifer has the same feeling. After she became a member of the Garden SeeDs, she knew the contradiction between Seifer and the other SeeDs, for Seifer had taken side of Edea-----a beautiful woman who had received a strong power of magic from the future sorceress, which could control the whole world. Thus Seifer had been an enemy of the Garden SeeDs...so Rinoa had to fight him.
